Service Description

Program Objective The objective of the cosmetology course is to acquaint students with all aspects of cosmetology to receive the well-rounded educational foundation needed to successfully pass the state licensing examination and become successful designers. The cosmetology program is designed to prepare students for the state licensing exam and for entry into the beauty industry. Program Description The cosmetology course focuses instruction in tasks such as nail care, skin care, shampooing, hair cutting, hair styling, perm waving, chemical relaxing, curl reformation, hair coloring, and other tasks related to overall grooming and personal appearance. Program Length The Cosmetology day program is 1,500 clock hours and takes 11 months to complete. Upon completion of the program, graduates will receive a Diploma.
