Service Description

Program Description The esthetics course focuses instruction on tasks related to skin care such as facials, waxing and makeup application. Program Length The Esthetics Diploma Program is 600 Clock Hours and takes 18 weeks to complete. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a Diploma. Students from Montana who intend to work in Montana upon graduation may elect to enroll for an additional 50 hours at a prorated rate. This 650 hour program can be completed in 20 weeks. Program Objective The objective of the esthetics course is to instruct students on the artistic and scientific principles of esthetics including theory, concepts, and applications. The course includes the study of esthetics and incorporates the study of communication skills specifically designed for the spa environment. The Esthetician program is designed to prepare students for the state licensing exam and for entry into the skin care industry.
